I've been having a great day, with someone wonderful. I dove all day, and finally got to New York sometime last evening. It's hard to believe it's almost midnight, it seems like I just arrived here in the City.
Charlies had to bail at the last moment. I really hope he's having a great time down in Cincinnati. I'm going to make the best of this trip, even if he isn't there.
Tomorrow, off to the Opera for a magnificent an excellent performance of Don Carlos, by Verdi. I'm going to make tomorrow worth it.
